Dear friends,
Welcome to the new Edition of the Contact Festival of Cataluña.
We are creating a space to focus on our personal as well as interpersonal potentials.
The teachers are guiding us in order to open new possibilities and enriched
and diversified experiences: meeting with our “real being”, far away from our mind, where emotion and spirit find expression in a physical way.
In this space, we will approach the essential of our “real being”, beyond thinking, judgement or established determinations.
We will travel through new spaces in order to explore and flower out ourselves.
This new awareness can guide us to the authentic direction and tack we want to and we can go!
